I had previous good experience with Dr. Polk but the last 2 appointments did not meet my standards. The first she did not take X-​rays but she billed my insurance company. I found it funny that they skipped this part of the routine exam. My last appointment was scheduled for yesterday at 11 AM. I received a call at 9 asking could I come early because they had some cancellations. I told them I would try as I was still laying down. I arrived at my appointment time and the office was closed for the day. I guess as they closed at 12 and had previous cancellations she started her weekend! I took off work for this appointment and to leave without calling is totally unprofessional and she definitely has lost a client.
