Not satisfied with the service or with the work. They lied to me and to three other customers while I was waiting for them to get done. Here is what happened, my wife and son went by on Monday to get his alarm fixed, as it has never worked right from day one. After drinking in a long ways, they told us that the tech was out sick until Friday and set up an appointment for Friday at 9. My wife and son brought in his truck and dropped it off at 9 and they told them that they would call when they got to it. My wife called at 1:30 saying that they haven’t called and I told her that they haven’t even looked at it. They over to the store and Shute enough, they haven’t even looked at it. I went over there instead of doing what I had planned for the afternoon. I got there and the tech was still at lunch and had been at lunch for 2.5 hours, and he knew that they were backed up. When got back, I was told he was supposed to start working or my son’s truck. To shorten this part, he didn’t. They didn’t start working on our 9:00 appointment until 4:00pm and finally finished about 5:30. When they got it working, it sort of works, it is supposed crank up to 3 times, now it only cranks 1 time. If I could give them less than a star I would, but it would not allow me. It was in the upper 50’s in January and I was sitting in Extreme Lying Memphis waiting for them to fix my sons truck that they didn’t fix right the first time. If I were you, I would go across the street, run across the street, and don’t look back to the other car alarm store, as they would have to be better!
