I have been coming here for years and the quality and care has just been steadily going downhill. This last visit will be my last. Had an appointment at 10:30. After over an hour waiting in the lobby, I was brought back to a patient room where I waited another 25 minutes to see the doctor. Our talk lasted a grand total of 3 minutes and 28 seconds(I timed it). Most of that time was me complaining about finally seeing him at noon when my appointment was at 10:30. He(Dr. Woodall) frankly could not have cared any less. I am done with this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid it completely.

I would not recommend this«doctor’s» office to anyone. The staff was rude, unprofessional and unorganized. My appointment time was 3:30. By 5:00 and not even being in a room yet, I approached the desk to let them know I was leaving. There was no one at the desk.(There had been FIVE running around back there when I arrived.) One lady finally walked by and asked if I was being helped. I told her no. She asked what I needed. I told her my appt had been an hour and a half ago, and as I was not even in a room yet, I was leaving. She huffed at me and asked who I was there to see. I told her Dr. Woodall. She turned around and walked off. I shook my head, got out my keys, and as I was turning away from the counter to leave, the side door opened and a different lady very rudely said my last name only. I walked towards her and she turned and walked back through the door, not saying a single word. She led me to a «room», opening the door for me to go in. I walked in and as I turned to speak with her, she shut the door in my face. Never said a word. As I looked around the room, there was a large supply closet in the back which was open with supplies stacked on the floor, a stool, and toppled over on the floor. There was a large handwritten sign taped above the sink that said«Please put all blah blah in the blah blah, DONOTLEAVEDIRTYINSTRUMENTSINTHESINK.» The faucet was dripping into a light pink plastic tub in the sink, FULL of tiny scissors and other metal implements. I picked my purse back up and walked out. No one said anything to me. This place is a disgrace. EDITEDTOSAY: Called this afternoon, requesting to speak to Billing to have my co-pay reimbursed as I was never seen. Lady I spoke with could not have been more nice. She apologized profusely, saying that should have NEVER happened, that anyone even on their worst day should not have treated a patient that way. She promised me my co-pay would be reimbursed and was going to pass this up to her manager. While I have no fantasies that anything will ever come of this(other than getting my money back) at least this person took the time to apologize for the clinic’s behavior.
