Ordered Catfish Nachos and filthy rice from the food truck parked outside High Cotton Brewery. The nachos were covered with catfish and two different sauces, one cheesy and one a really flavorful hot sauce, not too hot really good. A challenge to eat(messy). The filthy rich was outstanding with lots of flavor and nice heat. A key choice for a side.

Something about food trucks always piques my curiosity. Maybe it’s the possibility of some kind of secret deliciousness hidden away in a box on wheels. Maybe it’s the food being handed to me with a smile from a little window. I don’t know. But I figured it was finally time to try Fish From Heaven after passing it on North Main countless times. I mean, that name. C’mon. I opted for the spicy fish bites because I pretty much like anything spicy. I was told it was catfish pulled apart and rolled up with garlic and spices. «Sounds good to me» I said. When it came out, it was not what I expected. They looked like mini hush puppies. I liked that the breading was very thin. It was kind of like a chicken nugget. Except fish and with spices. And it was round. So nothing like a chicken nugget really. It was pretty good. I liked the flavor but it was super salty. Too salty for my taste. I would try something else next time.
