FootSmart is one of the companies that Amazon uses. I ordered (using Amazon Prime) a pair of dress shoes. It took two weeks for them to arrive, and they were too big so I sent them back immediately. Two more weeks went by and I was refunded $ 90.31. The total cost, including tax was $ 107.99. So, it cost me $ 17.68 to try on a pair of shoes. This is outrageous! I would NEVER do business with this company again and suggest that you never get involved with them.

Beware! I purchased a pair of shoes and then returned them as they weren’t a good fit. After a couple months I realized I had not gotten the refund so I contacted them. They told my per their records I returned an empty box. This of course is not correct — but it seems I am just out the money as there is no way to prove that the shoes were actually in the box.

My «birthday discount» of 15% did not apply to any of the 3 completely different types of shoe’s I purchased and none were on sale. So i tried a Retail Me Not coupon. Still no discount. Wonder if it is just fraudulent advertising!
