Sandwiches looked tasty but did not try
This disappointing review is for Lobster Bisque Soup and Caesar Salad for lunch
Soup seemed excessively thickened with flavorless flour or corn starch, and was lacking in much flavor.
Salad was inauthentic with watery dressing… not Caesar Dressing… lacking in fresh shaved Parmesan.
Order taken was in error and mistake was pleasantly corrected.

Cafeteria style. Menu is perfect for lunch. I’m not sure why they have some of their ham, tuna, pasta salads sitting out for sale where you get in line. doesn’t seem very well refrigerated
Service was fast. I had ½ chicken Caesar salad and half smoked turkey sandwich under 10.00

This place has the best pimento grilled cheese sandwich I have had in the Memphis area. In particular, the Buffalo pimento cheese sandwich offers a great pimento taste with the awesomeness of bacon and the spicy kick of buffalo sauce. And it comes with a side of their homemade chips. This makes for an amazing lunch. Their employees are also very courteous and pleasant. The price point is not too extreme either. If you have not been here, you should swing by. It is an excellent lunch spot.

I thought this place was okay, very similar to Panera Bread. They have a lot of different things, from sandwiches, soups, and salads. The restaurant was clean with friendly staff. I liked that they have patio sitting.

Great Pemento Cheese sandwhiches, sweet tea and dessers!

Great «Cuban» not really a Cuban but great taste with the sweet mustard. Side of fruit salad was perfectly ripened. Great service. Wife had adult grilled cheese with pimento cheese and bacon that was very good

The best lunch stop around. Courteous staff and very helpful. Good food — would recommend this over the other Germantown location. Food is always cooked as you ask, warm and orders are correct.

This is a great place to go for lunch. They have a wide variety of sandwiches to select from.

This is our favorite sunday breakfast place. We just love everything about this place. It has plenty of options for vegetarians. They have soups, salads and sandwiches.
The staff is friendly and you can do custom orders.

The staff is great and receptive… is the place a five star — NO! However, I feel it only fair to balance it with the 1 – 2 star ratings…
Price, comparable to other deli across the country and a better value than the overrated/​overpriced deli across the street from this location.
Bland, really — Do customers «politely» talk with the nice staff… try it you will enjoy your food and probably life much better!
All it all a nice place for a quick lunch and if you have an issue talk to the staff and see what they can do for you… you might be surprised and will return.
To other reviewers, you should NEVER give a place two stars and start your review with «every time»… obviously you must have thought it was better than 2 stars the «previous» times or you wouldn’t be back — Guess you have an axe to grind on that particular visit!

Ok I am updating my review on this place because I actually found a sandwich I love here it is just their traditional club it it is really good. And I have to say the service is always great I almost always get my order to go and they have not messed the order up yet… that is amazing for any place!

The staff is nice, the restaurant is above average in décor, and the food is decent, so why only two stars? Value.
Every time we come here we are surprised at the price. The food is not significantly better than the other sandwich place in the same plaza, but the bill seems to always be about 30% higher. For the price of a full meal it would be easy to find higher quality food with sit down service nearby. It’s the little things that add up too, like the up-​charge for some of the sides.
I feel like if things were priced a little better the place would be twice as busy.

The sandwiches here are pretty good, I especially love their croissant breads. I definitely do prefer their cold sandwiches over their hot.
I tried the loaded baked potato and it was kind of bland with the limited toppings they give you, but it had great potential. Hopefully I was just there on an off day.
We have used them numerous times for catering at work, and they are fantastic for catering. They haven’t messed up an order and they are always on time and delicious.
