Yum yum yum! The chicken fried rice is amazing! Very flavorful. Husband had spicy crawfish and spicy tuna sushi. He thought it was very good. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and fast

Excellent sushi. Some places seem to cut their rolls a little on the thick side & sometimes you struggle to get a piece all in one bite but isushi cuts their rolls perfectly & they are delicious.

My WIfe gets hit on by the staff every time she picks up to go food. We will not be back because of this. This is unfortunate because their food is good.

Great sushi! Great friendly staff. It’s pricy but you going to really try«Gas Station» sushi? Lol Arrived 2pm. It was empty. Order came faster than I expected and maybe a lil heavy on Sauses on speciality rolls! I’ll be back. They don’t take AMEX!

This place has awesome sushi and customer service. I usually order nigiri and sashimi when I come here. Nigiri comes with 2 pieces an order, and sashimi has 6 pieces of fish an order. I always order the salmon and yellowtail sashimi here. They are so fresh and delicious; I would recommend it if you are a raw fish eater. Aside from the sushi, they have awesome stir fry noodles at a very reasonable price. There are of course a lot of other choices for you to choose from, so don’t shy away if you are not a fan of sushi. They also have a great selection of delicious rolls too! This place is located right next to the malco theater and is in the same complex area as cordova international farmers market.

I’m definitely a fan. Affordable. Clean. Delicious. Good customer service. And I didn’t feel sick after eating sushi(which coincidently happens to me and others every time we go to Osaka). I can’t wait to go back here and try something else. My boyfriend ordered the crab puffs and iChicken, I think. I picked off of both and they were damn good. I ordered a Harry Potter roll for myself(avocado, crab, and topped with salmon). Also good and fresh. I arrived later than my friends and the server got me a drink and menu immediately. Very on top of our table of 5 that all ordered at different times, courteous, and got the split checks right the first time.

ISushi is one of my favorite sushi bars in Memphis, with the other being Red Koi. The staff and sushi cooks are all awesome. This is my second visit. They are very friendly and are all very welcoming and talkative. The restaurant is very clean and is very comfortable and quaint. Its family friendly. Its awesome for a date night. Hurricane Roll is my favorite, along with the special fried rice.

Great ownership, the serving staff never allows my drinks to be empty before refilling my glass, and the sushi chefs are always there to come up with something new & delicious. A very intimate and mellow ambience to go with a group of friends and be able to carry on conversations within the group and not be disturbed or disturb anyone else in the establishment. Also the turn around time from the minute you place your order till the time it arrives at your table makes you ask yourself if you are at a fast food dive. As far as the cost per person to eat at iSushi is concerned, they are very competitive with 4 or 5 other sushi establishments in the Cordova area. They actually are probably in the middle with Osaka & Friday Tuna being the higher in the area and Red Fish pricing being almost identical. If you want fresh fish, which we all do, you have to pay for it. These establishments do not throw a line in the Mississippi River and catch your fish lol — They have it flown in 2 or 3 times per week from the Gulf and the West Coast. However, whatever the cost of your meal at iSushi you will leave a happy customer that will no doubt return again & again.

Transformer roll is the best sushi I’ve ever had! My only critique is make sure you greet everyone when they walk in. No one greeted me when I walked in but the next person was greeted by 2 or 3 people. There were 4 guys behind the bar watching the game.

This place has great sushi and good saki. I love the atmosphere also. Great for a small locally owned place. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a nice water feature and pleasant lighting(dark, but so dark that you can’t see anything). Great place to wait if you are going to make a movie at Cordova Cinema.

Pretty good sushi for the prices. I got a large sushi and sashimi combination… good stuff. Not the cleanest looking places out there, but sushi was to me typical. Not overly good but not overly bad.

Fantastic food for an affordable price! My friends and I decided to try this place out considering it was right next to the movie theater. We were waiting on the movie to show but got bored and wanted some food. Then we saw isushi and we have been wanting to try this place for ages. At first, I was afraid it might be a shady sushi joint… but i was not disappointed! They had an awesome sushi menu and their fish was fresh! Staff was friendly and it was a very casual sushi joint. Totally recommend this place!

Cutting straight to the point, this is a good restaurant. The service is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is typically delicious. Pricing is a bit higher than average, so if you want to come here, plan to spend $ 10-$ 20 per head. It’s a good place to visit occasionally. To go more in depth, I have had no issue with the servers. They’ve always been kind, punctual, and helpful, though the times I have gone the place was only half full. The decorations of the restaurant are very appealing and everything goes well together. The seating is comfortable enough. The food is either amazing or unimpressive. It depends largely on what you order from the menu. Their sushi is fantastic, as well as their rolls. The fried rice platters are also large in size and taste. I’ve been able to get two meals out of one order! If you order correctly, you’ll definitely get your values worth and then some. If you’re trying to look for a great, sit-down Asian restaurant, this place will not disappoint you. On a side note, their chicken wings are fantastic. Though it is an Asian restaurant, they add their own flair to the dish and it really works out!

I enjoyed iSushi and got a kick out of the movie themed rolls. They could do a better job at connecting the name of the rolls with what they are, but fun nonetheless. Sushi was good and prices were good. Great location next to the theater.

This place had pretty good food. The lower ranking comes from the lousy décor and poor job that the hostess did. I guess I was rubbed wrong from the beginning. The fish didn’t taste as fresh as it could have. I probably will not be returning.

This is one of my favorite sushi places in Memphis, with the other being Red Koi. So, I thought it funny when I realized that I have never left a review before. This visit was a Saturday about 4PM and we ordered gyoza and spring rolls as appetizers. We both ordered the sushi combo specials. Me, the 40 Kel & Rainbow rolls and my wife, the tempura shrimp & spicy crawfish rolls. The gyoza and spring rolls tasted fresh-made and were good — the red egg roll sauce and dumpling sauces for the spring rolls and gyoza were really good accompaniments! Our rolls were all very fresh and tasty. For an added bonus, the service was great! As well, the modern music and décor provides a nice, upbeat ambiance. I’m never disappointed with my choice to eat here! You won’t be either!

This is a great place for Sushi, although the rolls I would not call traditional. What made it fun is the rolls are named after movies, plus they use some sauces that are different from your typical Sushi Bar. As an example, I ordered a Forest Gump, which had a spicy eel sauce combined with a strawberry sauce. It was very good. My daughter ordered the Harry Potter which was much more traditional, similar if not the same as the Tokyo at Osaka. We ordered a couple more, but don’t want to write a book, lol So if you are looking for something different then this is the place.

Went there right after lunch and it was empty. Which is kind of scary. But I ordered. And got to watch them make my food. Everyone was really polite and it was really clean. I got two different rolls: top gun and hurricane. They were amazing. I like the movie names for the sushi. I’ll definitely be going back to try out more.
