Krystal

Normally this place is pretty good. Definitely had a few issues the last time we went though. To start off when the cashier at the drive thru was giving us change she didn’t bother to look and see if my hand was there so she ended up dropping it all over the street.
The food here is normally great however last time the chicken Krystal’s I ordered had definitely been sitting out a while — the bread was stale and they were lukewarm at best. The regular burger Krystal’s were great though.

Never again… Krystals serves breakfast until 10:30am. I got in the drive –thru line at 10:12 to order breakfast. The line moved slowly and it was 10:22 when I placed my order. She repeated my order and gave me my total. With the line still moving slowly I made it to the window at 10:32 and she opened the window and asked if I ordered 5 cheese Krystals. I said no I had the low carb breakfast and the exress breakfast. She said I told you we were not selling breakfast. It’s after 10:30. I said No that must have been the car behind me that got out of line. I told her again what I ordered and told her what the total was she quoted me. She said Well we stop selling breakfast at 10:30 so I cancelled your order. WHO DOES THAT! She spoke with a manager who told her to tell me that they are no longer selling breakfast and have tossed it all out. I was in this line for almost 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. What a colossal waste of my time. They should stop taking orders at 10:00 if they can’t move fast enough to get the orders out. But to cancel my order! Really, with me in line waiting! No respect for their customers. NEVER again will I EVER visit the Krystals on 7073 Winchester or any other one for that matter.

Opening day, and the staff is great. I dropped my coffee on the way out, management saw what happened, and when I returned to dispose of cup, met me and offered another.
