Larry Little agreed to manage my property as I was moving away to another city. He then took my tenant’s rent and refused to reimburse me as written in the contract. He also kept the security deposit of the tenant and refused to return the money when I made many requests via phone calls and e-​mails. Worst of all he stole my washer, dryer and a new freezer from my house. The loss from doing business with Larry was over $ 4,000. A person who loves money more than his business reputation and fails to follow basic moral standard is beyond my further description. Do not do business with him if you do not want nightmare.

I have had the same experience as the other reviewers have posted on this site. Larry Little Properties is collecting rent on my property and not forwarding it to me. I have sent many emails over the months and made many calls that have not been returned. Please use all caution when dealing with this company.

Larry is one of the most unprofessional businessmen I have ever worked with. He took my tenant’s rent for October 2014 and has not reimbursed me. I have asked him repeatedly to send me the money, and he refuses to even acknowledge my requests. He also refuses to refund my tenant’s security deposit. DO NOT do business with Larry. He is dishonest and a thief.
