Went to get a few monopoly stickers. Asked at the speaker which size drink serves the monopoly stickers and she didn’t know but after perusing the menu I realized it was a medium so ordered a medium drink and large fry. Got to second window and the lady passed us a large drink. We stated that we wanted the drink with the monopoly stickers and she rolled her eyes, slammed the window, and turned away. At that point we just asked for a full refund because her attitude wasn’t necessary. The manager then came to the window and we told her we just want a refund because that whole show wasn’t necessary. She didn’t ask for an explanation or offer an apology but just closed the window. After several minutes she just came back and passed us money. Again no explanations or apology. Just stared us in the face. Against better judgment, I dropped the receipt at the window in anger. That manager then proceeded to call us out our name. If I was a more unreasonable person, her calling me out my name could have easily escalated that into a real problem. Absolutely unnecessary to treat people like that. I hear about fights/arguments happening all the time at this location and I see why. Anytime the manager can act like an angry mule and huff and puff about a situation, that’s the only example that those teens workers have and therefore they act a donkey as well. Very disappointed in this location.

The worst McDonalds ever was in line for 20 min. If we could have left but could not get out of line. They were out of biscuits but got past that, wanted egg mcmuffin took one bite, gross. Gave us 2 out of 4 drinks wrong, the girl argued with us I think we know the difference between sweet tea and non sweet and reg coke and diet. You make the customer happy and don’t say that’s what I put in it and roll your eyes, Terrible experience.
