McDonald’s

The staff is very rude! The service is slow. The doors were locked & it was only 9:30. The sign said that the lobby closes at 12 am

I used to live by this McDonald’s and they always, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, messed up my order. I haven’t stopped here since moving but was in the neighborhood, in a hurry and STARVING!
My Chicken Sandwich with out mayo was given to me with extra mayo, my Coke no ice, was presented with extra ice, and the Pumpkin pie treat I bought my son was apple.
If you’re in the neighborhood, just keep driving, it’s McDonald’s, you’ll pass another in a few blocks!

Sometimes very slow!

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a chain establishment like McDonald’s, but this experience was lacking in so many departments I felt it necessary to warn the good folks of Memphis.
On this particular occasion I chose the drive-​thru option. I ordered a #10– which on the menu stated it was the Southern Chicken sandwich meal. The paying and receiving portion of this experience was just fine. Everything was smooth and pretty quick despite the long line awaiting McDonald’s goodness. When I got half way back to my house, I opened the bag to find a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE GET MY ORDER WRONG! Not to mention this particular meal is more expensive than what I had ordered. When I checked the receipt, sure enough they had rung up the wrong meal option. Good times. Whatever, I’ll suffer through the 10 piece nugget and fries and deal.
The chicken nuggets were inedible. Seriously, they were so hard I imagined if I threw them through my windshield I could have knocked out one of the pan handlers on the side of the road. The fries were so hard that the crunching noise emanating from my mouth was just ludicrous. They had no salt and were cold to boot.
Way to go McDonald’s. You made my mouth cry and my mood quite crabby.
