I went into the ER here with a severe kidney infection. The waiting room was packed with people who did not appear to be sick. I sat patiently for two hours before nicely asking for a wait time and they said it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER TWO HOURS! No thank you. I came to the ER because I’m in pain and need immediate attention not so I could sit in a cold, hard waiting room chair making my pain worse for 4+ hours. Go to St. Francis Bartlett. MUCH better service and caring nurses.
