I took my two kittens here, one to get spayed and the other neutered, after a friend and my sister recommended them to me after they got their cats spayed or neutered there. I initially had a problem getting in touch with someone to make an appointment, leaving two messages and then calling a third time when someone answered I was easily able to get an appointment for both of them on the same day for the next week. I also appreciated them calling me when issues arose during the day and asking for my instructions instead of just proceeding and telling me about it later. They have also been great about answering questions days after the surgery from this overly concerned pet mom. They were very affordable, with all of the services that we took advantage of being only a fraction of the price as they would have been at our regular vets office, but are only offered during a spay or neuter surgery.

I’ve had three dogs spayed and/​or neutered by MSNS, and couldn’t be happier. The vet and all the staff are awesome and so caring, even when certain dogs (not naming names, but my own HERMIA) had to be «asked to leave» earlier than expected because she was making so much noise after surgery. Full disclosure: I’m president-​elect of the board of MSNS, so I want to make sure we’re doing right by all our customers. But I trust MSNS with all my animals, and you should too!
