Mr P’s Buffalo Wings Plus

Their wings are really good!!! No wonder they’re popular. Friends told us about the wings and we couldn’t wait to try them. Service was good, too. We went at lunch time on a weekend. Parking was very easy. Location is great. Overall, it was A-​OK.

Air conditioner down 7÷1÷2014. Whole place is a sauna and has a thin layer of wing smoke hanging in the air. 12 wings and fries is $ 12

Great food. Very fun place to be on karaōke night. (Friday) It does take awhile to get your food so prepare for that and expect the wait. I would like to see a better system for processing orders and dining room management. If they get that piece down this place will explode!

Fish was WAAAAAY too Salty!!! I ended up throwing 2 pieces away! I called in and ordered a 10 piece family meal catfish dinner. When I arrived they stated they were out of coleslaw. Ended up just giving me two small sample caps of coleslaw! How can you call that a meal when only two people can taste any coleslaw? Also, I recommended a friend to order same time and we both work for popular shipping Company here in Memphis; which Mr. P’s states gives 10% discount off orders. Well, it turns out after I paid for my order, the cashier did not want to give me my discount! Just stood there and acted like she was sorry with a smile on here face (Terrible customer service)! Never Again, Mr. P needs to come out of retirement! Never will get my biz again!!!

Took way to long for my carryout order. Seemed like they kept pushing other food out in front of mine. Had to keep asking. Even the bartender apologized for how long it took. Won’t come back anytime soon.

I was a big fan of Mr P’s when he opened his first location on Winchester. We supported him for years there. We always received prompt service and the food was consistently great.
I’ve tried the new location on Hacks Cross. I placed an order on the phone. Came to pick it up and was left waiting for over 30 minutes by the server who was too engrossed in a text conversation to speak to a customer. Finally I asked her when my order might be ready, she turned around and it was sitting there waiting.
I haven’t been to Mr. P’s since.

Holy crap!!! Their wings are to DIE for, and the chicken Philly has my wife salivating even AFTER she ate it!

45 min and no food. Said would be another 30. No thanks. Left.
