This place just gets worse and worse. Yesterday, I went back to my land lord with a littany of grievances they needed to fix. The first issue i wanted to confirm is that they would continue to have pest control monitor our home. Patty, one of the worst customer service representives I have ever had to deal with, responded with a terse«I’ll ask the homeowners; it’s their money.» I replied that I understood that, but she should understand that the check in my hand was MY money and that if they wanted to continue to see MY money, they better get their act together. Then, I asked Patty if we could do something about the mold growing on the wall paper in the bathroom. While i don’t remember her exact phrase, she bascially said I was being a pain in her ass and that we had had nothign but a list of compliants since we moved in, and no one lese complained as mush as we did. Then, she preceded to tell me that perhaps I expected too much! At this point, it was all I could do not to physically break stuff in this office. You’re telling me that expecting my home to be free of vermin and mold, properly insulated, and have working fixtures is expecting to much?! You can expect that I will not be renewing my lease, and I will be calling some sort of authority to make your lives as miserable as you are making mine.
