Online order pickup is a nightmare at this store. I’ve been here several times to pick up items I ordered online and every time the staff sends me back and forth between the front register and online pickup counter. I usually go to the online pickup counter since it’s pretty obvious that this is where you pick up your, you know, online orders. But no. Every time I go in they’re confused as hell and send me all over the store. Once I’m in the right place I’ll have my confirmation email ready to show them what items I’m picking up. I assumed this«confirmation number» should pull up what I ordered, but it doesn’t. I have to specifically tell them every individual item I ordered and pray they give me the right thing. Lastly, when you order online and pick up in store there’s a «two hour minimum» this store enforces. Really guys? You need two hours to find one box of ink? The last time I ordered one item online I called the store in advance to see if I could just come in and get it right away. I was told they were pulling it from the shelf for me and that I could go ahead and pick it up. However, when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about, and once they figured it out I got a lecture on how I need to wait two hours to pick up online orders. REALLYGUYS? Take my advice and avoid this store — it’s not worth the aggravation.

This is your run-of-the mill Office Depot, but it is clean, modern, and quite new. The service here ranges from okay to good. One time I was here, the salesperson directed me to a sale they had on one brand of paper even though I was initially choosing a pricier competitor. The staff at the shipping and printing desk are quite nice as well — this is a UPS drop-off location. This is very handy, as the closest drop-off location that accepts packages over 16×13×3 in is the UPS Store is near Perkins(which is sooooo far away for those of us in Eastgate) :)

For some reason Office Depot is one of the stores to expect prompt service wanting to know if you need help. However the staff tonight barely even spoke. The cashier was not polite at all to deal with on just a simple return and purchase. The store is great in the past, but admit since the recent move it just seems like it hasn’t been the same.

This is a nice location. It’s clean, the staff is helpful — nothing out of the ordinary — your office supply warehouse to get everything that you need to outfit yourself in the workplace. I do have a bone to pick with their cheap store brand ballpoint pens. They tend to dry out very quickly — I’d skip them. I usually stock up on their labels — great selection of Avery labels for just about anything. They have a good selection of chairs — I purchased a red chair a few years back and it’s still in good shape.
