Great customer service. They treat you like family here. Employees are always the same when you back in for supplies. That says something when it comes to retail.

Seven years ago my husband (then boyfriend) bought me an Oreck vacuum here for Christmas. Before you think he’s a total idiot or jerk, I’ll also add he had tickets to Vegas in my stocking and a few other nice things under the tree,
Anyways, I loved and still love my vacuum. But, like anything, it needs maintenance from time to time. I noticed it wasn’t picking up like it used to, and with all the pine needles I’d slurped up after Christmas, I figured it was clogged. The nice woman at this location (she’s been here as long as I can remember) knew exactly what it needed, gave me a claim ticket, and sent me on my way.
A few days later, it’s working like new again! She even waived the declogging fee and replaced a bulb. (I guess it went out with all that middle of the night vacuuming that I do!) Love this store, love my Oreck!
