Pediatric Associates PC

I absolutely love my daughters pediatrician, he seems to take a personal interest in her, and the fact that she likes him is the icing on the cake. They need to improve on their wait times and the nurses could probably handle some work on their bedside manner. They rushed my daughter in so quickly to take her temperature and so rudely that she was terrified to get on the bed the rest of her entire appointment. After rushing, hurting her, and scaring her, we were shoved into a waiting room to wait 45 minutes. A bit of organization would help.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Amy Hubbard is a great doctor and this review does not reflect on her in any way. I’ve been taking my daughter here since 2008 and ever since my second daughter was born in August of 2009, I’ve had more and more problems. First is was a billing issue. I was never told what the problem was but when I called the office they told me to call the insurance company. I called them and they said everything was fine, call the office. Meanwhile, the lady at the office kept talking down to me as if I was trying to get out of paying the bill. I finally got the two parties to speak to each other and got that worked out. Only took a month for that to be resolved. The next issue I had was timely service. They have great hours and they are open on Sunday! But it seemed like every time when went the wait to see the doctor was longer, and longer, and longer. No matter what time of day or what day it was. This past Monday, my daughter hurt her arm at day care and we rushed her over to the office to see if it was broken. While waiting and hour and a half to see a doctor, my truck was broken into. I was parked next to the building and under a security camera. The ladies in the office knew exactly how they broke in because it has happened so many times recently. When the police arrived we went in the back to watch the security tape and what do you know, no tape in the VCR. Now I realize they can not control someone that wants to take something, but they knew this was an issue and they couldn’t even make sure a tape was in the VCR? That’s just lazy. I will not be returning to this office for anything else after this incident.
