Under new ownership! I stopped in ProNails impromptu and the staff was welcoming and I was seated quickly. I received a great manicure and pedicure from a friendly staff!

Under new management, new owners, very nice folks. They take credit card payment. Had a nice massage that included hot stones with their mani/​pedi. Well worth the price. I will be back.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I was on my lunch and wanted to pop in and get a quick manicure. They only had dark colors with very few light or pink to choose from. I asked and she was so rude in her response. She told me, if I wanted pink, I could go buy it myself. What the f — ? I just walked out.

By far one of the worst: decided that I wanted a quick mani pedi: never again
The lack of caring about the finished product is something I fear most about nail salons like this: my point proven… Top coat doesn’t even cover my nail… WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I will never attempt to go here again. My experience– I called ahead of time to see if they had time for a pedicure and they said «no problem come on in we have time» so i walk in I told them I just called about getting a pedicure and one of the nail techs said «I working on someone right now» I was a little thrown off by her rude response, and I said «okay I understand but I just called, do you guys have time or would you like me to wait» I seriously had no problem waiting. She replied «I working on someone right now.» I told her «I get that, so you want me to wait?» She then said «sit down and wait.» I tried to get over how rude she was but as I was looking for a color I had to leave. I am a firm believer of treating people with respect. This lady was so rude!
I will just take my business elsewhere and try another place. The salon looked outdated anyways…

I love this shop! Only 2 nail techs though but they are both great! Mani/​pedi $ 35. Shellac mani 30 Spa pedi 25. Let me just say finding a decent, reasonably priced nail salon in Memphis is tough. Though the spa chairs are not massage ready, the ladies give great massages to compensate! They are always efficient, thorough yet speedy. There is rarely a wait which is perfect for me since I usually visit during my lunch break! Anna is my favorite! They prefer cash!
