History

Established in 2003.

I have over 16 years experience in this field. I’ve worked for lots of other companies that make lots of money by taking advantage of people, and that use high– pressure sales.

One of these companies in particular drove me crazy with the amount of highly dissatisfied clients they had.

I tried several other methods, and took a free trial on the most advanced equipment in the industry, and started calling dissatisfied clients & asked if I could come clean their worst areas for free. Needless to say, we were ALL amazed.

From there, I changed everything about the industry to suit clients’ needs, created a fair pricing system much different from the rip-off schemes others use, and started working off of referrals.

Now 95% of our business consists of repeats & referrals.

I’m very passionate & disciplined, something I attribute to Jesus Christ & 14 years of Martial Arts training. I never give less than 100%.

I’m a member of Hope Church & an assistant instructor at Bei Shaolin Kung Fu Institute. I’m also a member of the Multi-National Chapter of Memphis BNI, the largest networking group in the country.

I’m an animal rescuer, anti– animal cruelty educator & activist. I’m very family oriented, and give so much gratitude for the blessings that allow me to provide for and help others.

I use my business to help others as well. We’re always giving back to our community. We donate to animal rescue regularly, and always participate in other community fundraisers and charity events. We’ve even been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show for our efforts! If you have any suggestions for other ways we can give back, please feel free to contact me personally.

I have to echo what all of the other reviews say.
I found RotoClean on Unilocal and gave them a call. I could tell the level of professionalism from the very first call. The level of service this company provides is far beyond their competitors and the prices are affordable. I was quoted $ 450 from service masters and paid $ 150 for the same service with RotoClean. I guarantee you you won’t be disappointed if you use Brian and Eric.

Eric did what I thought was impossible — took kid-stained, traffic-stained, and pet-stained carpets and made it look like new. It was the most thorough, professional job I’ve had since I’ve lived in my current home. Their prices were totally reasonable as well. I’d recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. I’ve had numerous companies clean my carpets but Eric, the owner/operator of RotoClean, is heads above them all. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They did an amazing job not only cleaning our carpets but also cleaning the tile and grout in the kitchen. He’s got a machine that would make Tim Allen of «Home Improvement» jealous. I have a $ 1200 steam cleaner that I used in an attempt to clean the kitchen tile and 8 hours later I gave up. Eric was able to clean the tile in less than an hour with his machine. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist and I can say without hesitation that the tile looks like new. There’s not one spot that didn’t clean up perfectly. For carpet, tile and marble cleanup you’d be hard-pressed to find any better than Eric Hart.

I usually search on Angie’s List first and then check with Unilocal and the BBB when I need to hire someone for home care. I bought a large Karastan rug for the dining room at an estate sale and wanted to see the vibrant colors that may have been obscured by dirt, traffic and my Chartreux cat.
Eric Hart, one of owners, called me back and made an appointment for an estimate. He gave a $ 25 discount for Angie’s List members. He was willing to clean the rug immediately which saved me a lot of time. I had him move my heavy cherry table and he did a fantastic job. It looks like new! They use Eco clean chemicals and a process that doesn’t soak the rug and leave nasty, wet, soapy residue. It dried in just few hours and looks great.
He also made friends with my fat and lazy cat, Elle. Eric is a dog lover and rescuer and gives part of his profits to charity.
If you want your rugs, tile, or carpet cleaned well, just give them a call! You deal with the owners not a busy, call center with appointments made weeks in advance at higher prices.

Everyone knows they can get their carpet cleaned, but did you also know you can get your tile floor cleaned? That’s right, RotoClean also does tile floors, and they look amazing when done.
Tile floors collect dirt two ways. The grout always collects dirt over time. Sealer is supposed to keep the dirt from getting caught in the grout and make it easier to get out, but most sealers slowly wear off over time. Also, if you have rough tiles dirt gets caught in nooks and crannies that a simple mopping won’t get up.
RotoClean’s deep tile cleaning will get all the grime out of the grout lines and off the tile, and make it look like it was just put down. If your sealer is in good shape you can stop with just a cleaning, but if your floor is older (perhaps more than 10 years old) I suggest going with the level 2 option and having RotoClean re-seal your floor after cleaning it. This will make it much easier to clean in the future!
But what if you want to splurge, or really hate your tile? RotoClean can also dye your grout lines any color you want. Hot pink grout, it can be done. Wanted beige rather than white, they can do it. Have some horrible grout color from the previous owner, change it to a neutral without the cost of replacing tile.
Now, if you’re used to carpet cleaning you’ll find tile cleaning is significantly more expensive, but you’ll see as it is done the reason is that there is significantly more labor involved. The good news is tile does not need to be (professionally) cleaned nearly as often as carpet.
We just did our tile, and it looks brand new. We should have done it sooner!

I was very pleased with the honesty, the estimate, and the work done.
The appointment process and explanation of their service was true and honest. The estimate is done by the square feet of the area to be scrubbed. The machine they use doesn’t use much water and was dry 10 to 12 hours later, just like they said.
They were on time and finished quickly.
I can’t believe I waited so long to do my carpets. The place smells so much better.
I will definitely call them next time I need carpets cleaned.
