Runway Grill recently took over the Lou Jacks Diner location @ 3183 Winchester Rd.
I’ve had several coworkers rave about the food so I had high expectations.
The building is old but they’ve spruced it up with paint and model airplane sculptures. They have a spacious dining area and a flat screen TV.
Had the turkey leg combo (channeled my inner Flintstones moves to eat it), macaroni and cheese, turnip greens and a roll. All of it was delicious. Not one complaint on the taste. I look forward to trying out the wings and chicken on a stick soon. They have grilled pork chops too.
Great first impression for me. I’ll be back.

Restaurant is spotless Great food and great prices … A+ customer service too… I’ve also tried the Turkey Leg too. Boyyyyyyy!!! Meat falls out the bone.
