Service King Collision Repair of Bartlett

Had my car repaired at the Covington pike location. they performed quality work. I’m satisfied and appreciate the prompt service. Car rental facility Enterprise was there when I showed up to drop off my car. I admit I was nervous. I needed my car fixed but was apprehensive about leaving her. It took a little longer than I thought it should but worth the wait. She is all fixed up and I’m a happy camper thank you service king for making the transition smooth

My husbands car was hit in May 2015. All parties involved have insurance and Service King was recommended by the other parties’ insurance. What a mistake. We were called to pick up the car (imagine the hassle of turning in the rental car and getting a ride to service King) only to see a significant amount of damage still existed (and new damage caused by their attempt to fix it). The manager apologized and admitted we should have never been called to pick up the car. They kept the car to again fix it and we got another rental car. That’s where the drama starts. This was 6 months ago. Service King never paid for the rental car (we have an email in writing confirming they would). Hertz gave up working with them and billed us. Service King has yet to pay Hertz anything. Our car was hit– and we’re getting stuck with a bill because of Service King.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

After months of dealing with the Covington pike location (almost 7) the district manager had me take my truck to this location. In two weeks my truck was repainted and good as new. The mechanic they use properly diagnosed my steering problems and it will finally be back to the way it was before the accident. I really wish I had gone to this location first! They have been absolutely awesome. These guys know how to handle their business and I couldn’t be more grateful. Might I add upon delivery my truck wasn’t completely covered in dust! I know that’s a small thing but every time Covington Pike returned it the truck was covered inside and out in white dust.
