Tony graduated with honors from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received a Humphreys Law Fellowship. While a student, he was a member of the editorial board of the University of Memphis Law Review, published two articles while a student, and received the top class grades in several courses. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Silva to obtain a Green card for my husband. Throughout the process Mr. Silva was very through and always answered our questions in a timely manner. When my husband went to Mexico for his interview the officer that conducted his interview commented oh how prepare his case and paperwork were. My family does not live in fear of being separated through deportation because of Mr. Silvia’s dedication and professionalism to us and our process and for that we will always be grateful to him.
