Terrible service and incredibly rude workers that constantly lie with the same excuse that there system is down or they packed up early then their actually closing time. And it is perfectly understandable that they change their closing time to 2 instead of their original time of 4… So here is my story. I have been there 5 times in the past 3 weeks. I went at 1 – 2 am in the morning through their drive-​through and they would never greet you until you say «hello» first. And then what they would do is muffle their voice and talk to their other co-​workers that I am a pain. Thus, my reason for writing this review on Unilocal,so people don’t have to waste gas and come to this sad excuse for a «Taco Bell».

In defense of Taco Bell, it’s fast food, it’s comfort food, so you know what you’re getting. I don’t do drive troughs; I think when you place an order face to face things are better understood, specially if you are the type to ask for extra this or don’t add that in your order. The staff is fast, friendly and efficient. If you can churn out a simple order competently, good job! I am a fiend for double decker tacos, as the soft flour and beans keep the hard taco from crumbling (they ought to try that with the «look at them wrong and they flake» Doritos Locos Tacos).

I know everyone need a job but, these young teenagers do not take they job serious. Taco Bell got the worst service in Memphis, TN driving through the window at Taco Bell on Winchester… not only my order was messed up but, the drink taste like carbon water this happen to me about three times at the same place. What is really going on with the drink fountain. Please people if you eating out at Taco Bell on Winchester down from the Hickory Ridge Mall make sure your drink is right before you leave. The managers need to make sure that the customers coming through the line have a drink with they meal instead they worry about they quoter for the day. I rather have quality then quantity any day!!! Make sure your food is correct because you can order one thing and they will give you another.
