Omg, this doctor is the worst you can have. Never go to her. I call at 2 in the morning for Dr. Miller and this woman is the oncall doctor for the night. Guess what she never called me back. I was upset and itching. She is so lame and need to loose her license.

As other reviewers have noted, the wait can sometimes be lengthy. Having said that, the reason for this is that Dr. Hyatt takes however much time she needs with each patient to diagnose and discuss with them why they are in the office. She can get sidetracked and talk about other things, her kids, her day, etc. but that makes her even more likable. She is just like you and I, faces some of the same challenges as we do. I will gladly wait my turn to be seen by her knowing that she will take whatever amount of time is necessary to determine what is wrong, explain to me what is going on, and explain treatment options. Most of all, it is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients. She also has great staff members that work with her.

I went to see this doctor when I first moved here — I was on the hunt for a general practitioner. She’s nice enough — pretty thorough and to-the-point, and in a good location for those in the country — inside hospital on Kate Bond Road. However, I stopped going to her due to having to wait so long. We’re talking an hour-long wait.
