Now with three convenient locations — all have front door parking, no waiting and fast friendly service.

TSN also has an outcall service for groups of 10 or more — the nurse will come to you!

The Shot Nurse is located on a very busy section of Poplar so it’s best if you come in from Southern and Perkins and cut through the bank parking lot next to it. They are very fast and offer a menu of shots, lab tests and immunizations.

I had no idea a place like this existed. It’s basically a walk-​in shot clinic not associated with a hospital or doctor’s office. There’s a supervising doctor, who I didn’t see, but you basically just walk in and choose from a menu of shots (B-​12? testosterone replacement?), pay your money, and get your shot from an R.N. At least some injections are done out in the open area to the side of the front counter. I don’t think I’ll be taking up a B-​12 injection habit any time soon, but they sure were efficient with getting me through my tuberculosis test (maybe 8 minutes total) for $ 30. The R.N. was really nice and talked me through the process step-​by-​step. I’m no big fan of getting shots (who is?), but I would go back to this place for vaccinations with no waiting.

Great location in terms of getting shots for Univ of Memphis… not so great spot off of Poplar. This location is in on an incredibly busy stretch of Poplar, that is busy no matter what time of day you’re driving on it. The office itself is nice. Very spacious. I went a few days before Christmas, so they may have been wanting to get out of there, but the staff here are pretty flippant. They do their jobs and do them well. They’re very fast… I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and I had 5 people in front of me. But the staff barely makes eye contact.
Great place, though… for someone like me that doesn’t have time to be chilling in the doctor’s waiting room, this place kicks major ace!
