Description

Specialties

When in the mood for some great pub grub or a great neighborhood bar, then Slider Inn is just the place for you! Wether you’re wanting some classic rib stickin’ sliders with white American and ketchup, or something more exciting like our Fried Green Tomato BLT slider, then we’ve got just the right slider to hit the spot. Stop in to liven up your Monday Night with Summer Sex Trivia or grab one of our signature Lemon L.U.I.s (freshly squeezed lemonade and vodka) on the patio to ease any work day pains. We make the effort to have fresh Maine lobster flown in 3 times a week so we make you the freshest, tastiest Lobster roll around. Whatever you’re after the Slider Inn is that perfect dark, corner neighborhood bar, where at least somebody knows your name!

History

Established in 2011.

«What could be there? Something cool! That could be the sweetest spot! This whole tri-point corner could be super awesome!» These were the thoughts of Aldo Dean when he passed the small restaurant space that is now known as the Slider Inn. After opening Bardog Tavern in 2008, Aldo could see the potential in this little gem and had visions for re-energizing this corner and rebranding it «Peabody Point», a young, eclectic neighborhood that loves to have fun friends and family while enjoying the sweet sights and sounds of Midtown Memphis. So with the heart of a blue collar mechanic and the soul of an old delta bluesman the Slider Inn was born.

Meet the Manager

Jesse K.

Manager

Becoming the general manager at the Slider Inn is a perfect place for me after many years in the service industry. I have been a cook and a chef for 17 years and was the chef at Slider when we first opened. After 3 years at Slider my reach expanded beyond the kitchen and I was offered a position in management. I work the lunch shift Monday through Friday. Feel free to say hello if you see me. Cheers!
