I love customer service. I have been helping customers for over 30 years and working at The UPS Store has been my favorite adventure. I am married with three wonderful children and we are true Memphians. My goal in life and in business is to help people. I train each of my employees to give our customers the best in town. I want every person to walk away feeling happy and confident in our services. We are here to ensure that each customer receives specialized attention and is offered the products and services for their unique needs. After all, here at The UPS store we pride ourselves on being ‘The One-​Stop Shop”.
