EPIC FAIL!!!
Not only have they harassed me for business, but I bought several shirts from them that did not fit properly after all of the measuring and had to be redone. One of them was supposed to be french cuff, it was not. Then I had to wait an extra month for these expensive «CUSTOM» clothes… By the way, the color faded around the collars on all of the shirts.
I got a free tie for my troubles. Since I haven’t returned any of their calls, I received a BALLED UP LETTER hand delivered to my office in a nice envelope. I have been a gentleman, but I’m frankly going to slap one of them with my backhand, or a lawsuit, or both.

Final, final update: I did receive a full refund, and I was «allowed» to keep the ill-​fitting clothes, which I’m sure I’ll never wear.
That, my friends, is Tom James standing behind their product 100%. Make of it what you will.

Gotta throw in my 2 cents about Tom James. Both the BF & the boss have used them, with less than enthusiastic results. These are not inexpensive pieces. Granted, there have been some really nice items (a coat worn last night by the BF comes to mind), but when I think of the price, it’s so not worth it. If you like being able to say that you have a «custom made insert item here» then go ahead. If you like quality and value, then look elsewhere. For the price Tom James charges, I would rather go to Brooks Brothers.
