The dispatcher at the business is RUDE! He hangs up on people instead of answering their questions. He refuses to give his name or the name of the owner. He told my Korean friend who has lived here 12 years that he didnt have time to try to understand her English and she needed to get someone who spoke English to call back for her!!! Then he hung up on her REPEATEDLY instead of giving her the address to pick up her car. This is discrimination! This company has the contract with the City of Memphis but they are HORRIBLE to people!
