Awesome customer service! If you’re going to get a piercing, dermal, or tattoo come here! I have two dermals that I got in Virginia and one has become irritated. Every other shop I called was rude and gave me a hard time just to come it and take a look.
Kasey on the other hand was great! I called beforehand and they were very friendly and understanding. Kasey took a look at my dermal and we ultimately decided to try to heal it before taking it out. She took so much time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and tell me all of my options. So relieve and happy to find a clean, competent, and friendly place to go for my next tattoo or piercing! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

So I have now used a variety a services at Trilogy and I love them. My first encounter I went in because being stupid I pierced my nose myself but I could not get the earring to stay in. So when they opened I went in and asked them to look at it. Caity the piercer looked at it and told me it was already getting infected. So she removed the ring and cleaned it. Advised me to wait a month and then come back and she could pierce it. I was very impressed with Caity. so impressed in fact that when the month was up I waited for her day to work to go back so she could do the piercing. She did pierce my nose and it went great. She has a great personality that makes you at ease right from the start. She explains everything to you. She seems so knowledgable you feel safe. She is my official piercer.
So the day I could not get my nose ring I really needed a change that day so I opted to get a tattoo. Well two actually. Nate happened to have some time open so he got me in the same day. This was only my second and third tattoos and they were both small so a lot of places would have not really paid much attention to you but Ashely the front desk attendant and Nate both worked to get them just perfect. They had me do the wet healing method which I had never heard of before and it worked great. I had a bit of trouble with the healing of my wrist tattoo because you use your wrist so much. So I am scheduled to go back in for a touch up. But you get one free touch up. Also it was nothing that was done wrong it was simply because of where the tattoo is because the other tattoo on my chest healed beautifully. Nate is also my official Memphis tattooer.
I also recommend Ashley the front desk attendant. No matter what your question is and how stupid you may think it is she will will not treat you like it is stupid or like she has heard it 1000 times. She is very patient, willing to do work over and let you question things until you know whatever you feel you need to know. She is very knowledgable about both tattoo and piercing questions so you can always call the shop and ask her. She recommended this really great oil to use since my nose had already been irritated to help it heal better. You use it when you go to bed and it is great. Thank you trilogy.

My friend and I got a Rook ear piercing. My first time at Trilogy. My friend, however, has received several tattoos there. The place was neat and clean. My piercer was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Although it hurt like heck, I am very satisfied. I have a small rose tattoo that I want to replace. Think I will definitely go back to a Trilogy soon to have that done.

Originally I went in to have a forward helix piercing checked out that I had gotten from a questionable piercing place and Caity showed and described everything that had gone wrong with the piercing. She was so knowledgeable and capable that I decided on a whim to get a tragus piercing done. Throughout the whole piercing process she explained every step she was doing and why it was important to do, which made my understanding greater and nervousness diminish (and helped significantly with the slight pain!).
This was my second piercing from Trilogy — I got a cartilage piercing from Ricardo done in Jan of 2014 — and I will definitely be back! The piercers are informed, the shop is clean, and the jewelry selection is ample. I would advise you to spend a few extra bucks at trilogy and not risk going to a sketchy place like I did to save money, because you will end up unsatisfied at any other place.

Went to Trilogy today to get my lip pierced, it was an over all AMAZING experience! Going into the shop I didn’t know what to expect, this was my first piercing other than my ears (when I was a baby). I moved to Memphis from California a week ago and they really made me feel welcome and safe with their southern hospitality, cleanliness, efficiency, and over all customer service. They did an amazing job with the piercing, I was a bit nervous but Ricardo and the two friendly ladies at the front desk ensured my comfort and knowledge in what I was doing.
RICARDO did an amazing job, it was quick and easy. No blood, pain, or ||swelling which really surprised me.|| he was friendly, comforting, and excellent at what he does.
The ladies at the front desk and Ricardo even managed to comfort and convince my dad that it wasn’t such a bad thing… Given the fact that I just turned 16.
If I get any piercings in the near future I’ll be sure to go back to trilogy!

Went to Trilogy for an ear stretch from 4g to 2g. The jewelry selection was ample. The staff are awesome, the place is clean and the piercer was knowledgable and very nice. Will be back next month for more stretching.

This was my first time to trilogy, the girls were absolutely amazing that work here. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I am definitely looking forward to going back and changing out my nose jewelry. Caity did my peircing, she was awesome! Thanks guys!

Last week I had some piecing done at Trilogy. It wasn’t my first time having piercings done there, but it was by far the best! Ricardo is awesome! He made me feel safe, relaxed and told me what to expect. I’ve had no trouble with the piercings this time around and highly recommend Ricardo! Thank you so much! Love the piercings.

Katie at the front desk needs to advise the consumer of the non return policy before purchasing body jewelry. .As someone from out of town that service was whack… for the inconvenience you can buy another pair half off… GTFOH!!!

These people are so cool and very friendly.
I have been here three times and every time the people just give you good southern comfort. Can’t forget to mention that they do incredible work! The artist really care about their work and want to make sure it’s perfect!

Absolutely LOVE Trilogy! I’ve had my navel and ears pierced both by kasey and she’s just amazing! Told her I was scared of needles so she told me everything she was going to do before she did it, and she didn’t even let me see the needle. Made me so much more comfortable about getting the piercings! 100% recommend trilogy! Amazing staff and very reasonable prices! I’ve gone in just for questions and they are always more than willing to help with anything you need!

The service was astounding. Great people. My only concern was the quality of the tunnels they gave me when I had my ears punched. I went in and was punched up to an eight and then immediately had 8g single flare tunnels put it. They sucked. Constantly fell out and I had to replace the rubber bands every couple of days because they would fall off. I eventually woke up one morning and the tunnels were gone, awesome. I found them on my bed with the rubberbands still on them. The flare at the front of the tunnels has gone backwards through my ears. Glad I wasn’t awake for that! I am calling up there today to see what can be done about this.

They deserve no stars! I came there last year and got my cartilage pierced. I heard so many good things about this place so I went to try it out. BIG MISTAKE!!! The guy pierced me wrong and punctured a vein. He made me bleed non stop but told me it was normal and sent me home. After 2 – 3 days later, I couldn’t take it anymore of the blood pouring out so I came back. The other people checked it and told me it wasn’t pierced properly. They ended up taking it all out and told me to let it heal and come back. A year later I came back thinking it would be different, but they let a first timer trainee pierced me. She was being talked through the process of how to do the piercings. It was very unprofessional. She ended up piercing both of my cartilage piercings all crooked and slanted. It wasn’t even pierced on the dot that she marked and showed me. She had no idea what she was doing. This will be my very last time here! So disappointing.

I got my first tattoo (tiny) and my belly button piercing here YEARS ago…(10?) I remember the minimum price for a tattoo was $ 50, and that’s how much I paid for mine. I thought it was a reasonable price. Especially if it’s not changed after so long. I had no complaints.

Took my sister to get her nipples pierced and I was impressed !!!

The Piercer was very knowledgable. I needed her to look at an old piercing of mine and she had no issue doing so.

My best friend and I got small, matching tattoos at Trilogy, and, although the minimum price is kind of high for how small and simple ours were, we were so happy with the work. Colt did an amazing job, and everyone at the store was incredibly personable and professional. We had gone to another shop in town, with very nice people, who told us that they couldn’t do the design we wanted as small as we wanted it, because it was too detailed, but Trilogy had us email the picture (from the lobby — hooray technology) and, unlike the other place, got us right in and were able to create an exact replica of what we wanted.
It was my friend’s first tattoo, and, not only were they super nice to us both and made her feel comfortable, she now wants her next, much larger, one, done by the same person. That’s the best positive comment a place can get I think!
Highly recommend — the minimum is high, and the parking is kind of odd, but those are small prices to pay for such a great tattoo experience.

I will agree with Adam. They do excellent work at Trilogy. They’ve been around a very long time and they do reputable work. I got a cross tattoo on my ankle from here and I love it. My best friend Stacy E. got something more creative and they designed it to her liking and with vibrant colors that still haven’t faded.
I’d highly recommend them. The staff are very professional and clean. I think my only complaint is they have a $ 40 or $ 50 minimum. However, I think minimums are pretty standard for most tat parlors.

That first review isn’t correct. The price of the tattoos is normal based on the quality of the artists and their work. Very professional staff an artists with great talent. I don’t know if I’d ever want a cheap tattoo anyhow. Ask for Jason. He’s outstanding. He did my tat– 3 sessions, absolutely mind blowing

2 words… HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Do yourself a favor and check out other places before checking this place out. Actually make this place a last resort. This parlor is well known in the memphis area and they know it. Maybe this is why the oh so steep price gouging is going on. My advice? Read my post on Daves Tattoos. Also parking is absolutely horrible.
