january 2015 is when it started and, it specializes in frozen yogurt and gourmet chocolates, it is based out of Durango, CO. U-​Swirl Frozen Yogurt and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory that is know for the delicious caramel apples and gourmet chocolates and frozen yogurt.

This is an amazing business as it ties in the best of all the sweets you can offer. The Caramel Apples are a joy to make, decorate and offer to customers as well as the variety of fro-​yo with the large array of toppings. Also the gourmet chocolates are absolutely rich and enticing with a variety of kosher offerings for those customers as well as our sugar free offerings. The chocolate dipped fruits, strawberries make a great treat for that loved one, or a party/​gathering or just for a low fat deicious treat, plus much much more.

I’m a huge fro-​yo fan, but this place was very disappointing! Yes it does have a lot of unique flavors like coconut, pistachio and mango cream, but what’s the point if it doesn’t taste good?
Even the toppings made me sad. The hot fudge was thick, goopy and not hot :(
On a positive note, the place was clean, has great outdoor seats and friendly staff. Also besides fro-​yo, they have a nice selection of chocolates, truffles and candy apples.
If you’re in the area, skip the fro-​yo and maybe enjoy a candy apple instead.

What an offering! Godiva chocolate and TCBY had a baby, and it is U-​swirl! Located across from the Memphis Jewish Community Center, U-​swirl conveniently offers mostly kosher chocolates, yogurts, and separated toppings. My kids loved their yogurt. I love the style of this place, the modern ease, and the cases full of homemade caramel apples, chocolate candies (they have sea foam, huge peanut butter cups, salted caramels, chocolate covered pretzels, and truffles galore). Friendly service with a sweet smile. We will be back and plan to fill in our punch card!
