I’m not a huge fan of cooking so anything that is fast and convenient gets a thumbs up from me. Add to the fact that all of the meals are healthy and I’m a big fan. My one drawback is that I think they’re a little pricy for the quality of food. I’ve enjoyed all of the meals I’ve gotten, but nothing was incredible.

This is my first visit. The clerk is very helpful and knowledgable of all meal. He walked me thru the color codes (small and large portion). They carry healthy breakfast, lite calorie lunch and perfect dinner meals. I purchased the Breakfast Strata and Slammin Salmon for lunch. The meal looks very tasty and ready to eat. You can microwave your meal at time of purchase.

Stopped into Ultimate Foods for lunch they have a nice selection of gluten free and organic food and drinks the attendant took the time to explain everything to us and also suggested their most popular selections I choose the chicken wrap with fruit and a Kombucha cola (locally brewed) and I enjoyed the meal it was very satisfying plus healthy for me yayyyy.

It’s nice well organized with healthy ready-​made meals to go. Health conscious meals, drinks and desserts. Friendly and professional atmosphere and staff.

Ultimate foods has mastered how to make health food tasty. After seeing the reviews about this place, I figured I had to try it! I ran in during my lunchtime and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee.
The options are stellar. You can choose amongst the entrees which are color coded to size. I selected a Pesto Chicken wrap and ultimate brownie (which tasted amazingly — esp. considering it is made out of avacado and black beans!).
I will definitely be adding this place into my weekly meals.

This place is AMAZING! Definitely my dream place because not only do they cook for me, but I can just pop in, grab something healthy that is already prepared, and go BUT it tells me the calories on the side! Perfection. And super reasonably priced.
Love the variety of different dishes… and while it may seem silly, I really like how pretty everything is. I know, that is a weird comment, but their display and presentation of everything is really on point.

Ultimate Foods provides me with a quick and healthy yet delicious way to eat on the run! I’d recommend anyone interested in a healthier lifestyle to give it a try!

I LOVE this place! It’s not easy to find fast and healthy in the same place, so this is one of my go-​to lunch spots. I can walk in, grab something awesome and make it back to my office in under 15 minutes. The food is DELICIOUS! So far I’ve had the spicy tilapia, the mac attack, and the powerhouse chili. The food is so filling but not overloaded with calories. Everything is full of flavor, too. I think the mac attack may be my favorite. It’s like eating mac n cheese without all the guilt!

Ultimate saves me from having to… dare I say it… cook. I come here almost every Monday and stock up on healthy meals for the week.
Most of the dishes are very tasty and reasonably priced, and you feel good about your yourself because they are healthy.
The only real drawback is they closed their downtown store. It is such a hassle to get to the poplar location if you aren’t already in the area. They do deliver on Sunday’s, so if you are home then, that is the way to go!

The ULTIMATE food stop. Everything is so fresh & well prepared. Tastes too good to be eating healthy! Owners are great & customer service is always helpful & friendly. I love that they have a microwave & couches, awesome touches. You seriously cannot go wrong with any snack or meal you pick. I am so grateful for them!

Perfect portioned meals — all the nutritional values are on the package. I’ve had their salmon– and my husband has had literally everything in their case and loves all of it. It’s pricey but really equivalent to eating out. Quality high end fast food. That’s heathy.

I love ultimate foods. They save you so much time. Not to mention it is really tasty.
I used to spend hours in the kitchen prepping meals for the week and now all I have to do is order online and go pick it up and I’m good to go. The chicken is all natural, so that is a plus.

LOOOOOOVVVE ULTIMATE FOODS! They have two locations where you can walk in and pick out the food you want and they deliver to your door on Sundays! The food is healthy and fresh! Great way to stay fit and have no waste at home. I don’t have to shop, store, prepare, cook, clean, or waste anything! It is amazing and really saves you money when you break it down. The food is good even though it is healthy. Sometimes I can’t believe how small the amount of calories/​sugar i am intaking! It’s a no brainer. You have to try this place! =) The downtown location is at Main and Madison and the Cordova location is at Macon and Germantown Road by ferguson lighting and christian brothers automotive.

If you’re looking for a convenient way to eat healthy without doing any work (literally… unless you consider using a microwave work) this is your place.
You can either opt for one of the meal plans or just buy individual meals. They deliver the meal plans to your door step.
I ordered the snack, lunch, and dinner meal plan, and delivered to my house it cost a total of $ 152. That seems a like a lot to spend on food for one person, but when you factor in that you don’t have to cook, it’s portioned, it’s healthy, and that the food really is delicious — unlike the sodium-​heavy Lean Cuisines and the like — it’s really not that expensive.

This place is fantastic! Located inside of/​next door to Wellworx Gym downtown, this place stocks healthy foods meant to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
They have a new menu every week and you have the option of coming in and just getting a few meals directly in the store or having an entire week’s worth of meals (divided however you’d like: breakfast/​lunch/​dinner, lunch/​dinner, etc) delivered to your door.
Each meal is provided in a microwave safe dish and take less than 3 minutes to warm up and prepare. The great part is that they literally do the work for you. They plan the meals, prepare the meals, give you their nutrition facts, deliver the meals, and provide you with a no-​excuses way to ensure you are fueling your body with what it needs for both weight loss and all of your fitness goals.
The store staff are sweet… albeit talkative. One thing I did notice that I found increasingly annoying the longer I was there was that the girl I spoke with listened to fewer of my questions and told me more about herself and her opinions. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to ask things I wanted to ask because she led the conversation so heavily toward herself.
Aside from that, the store is fantastic. Very clean and well stocked. They’ve got breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and even snacks… and they’re all healthy. It’s a great option for those of us that want to be healthy but don’t have the time or the patience to prepare meals daily that are fueling the work we are putting into our health. Definitely check them out! Rick’s Power Chili is FIRE… SO GOOD. Just saying.

Ultimate foods came my way via a side shop location in Wellworx Gym. Honestly, I figured it was some overpriced health food that I could easily make at home, so when they opened this shop I quickly ignored it.
My boyfriend eventually pulled me in there just to «check it out» — next thing I knew we were leaving with wide eyes, a hand full of goodies and an appetite for more of this cool concept! Needless to say — I’m now (shamefully) a fan!
I haven’t figured out all that this company offers — I know outside of the shop they do meal plannings and delivery by the week. It is supposed to be healthy, portion appropriate meals for those super health conscious and on the go. In their shop they have lot of tasty treats — meals, snacks and drinks. They have microwaves in case you want to heat something up and they offer you the option to eat there in the shop. The meals and snacks come in these cute little containers indicating the nutrition contents — from what I observed generally high protein and low sugar (yay!).
I tried the beef tenderloin salad and the energy balls. Both were great. The flavors were so rich and savory. I hate to admit it, but this is in fact better than what I generally fix up for my healthy meals, which makes this a lovely option for late nights where I might otherwise make a tv dinner.
Good news is you don’t have to be a member of the gym to visit the shop, you do however have to go into the gym to visit the shop. Don’t be shy though… compared to the other quick stops nearby — Ultimate Foods is sure to please your taste buds in a healthy way!
4 Stars… because wonderful healthy prefixed meals always has a price. I’m not certain the cost point for all the products, but it will be more expensive then the other nearby spots.
