Extremely rude staff. I had a simple question about how to use the triple washer. The lady was unwilling to assist me and walked away as I was talking to her. She proceeded to go sit behind the counter and watch tv. I would recommend paying a little more somewhere else: especially if you are laundromat novice like myself.

Just the word laundromat brings back not so pleasant memories of my college years when I spent many a day in the dirtiest «washaterias» located in the worst parts of town. I got my clothes cleaned but man did I hate going.
Well, fast forward 20 years and I’ve found myself at a really nice laundromat in Memphis. Who’d a thought!
It’s big, very clean and has a nice upgraded bathroom. There’s adequate seating; table and chairs and a few benches. Wifi works if you have work to do or need to study and there are 4 tvs for your viewing pleasure.
In the back there is a fluff and fold and/​or dry cleaning service where you can drop off your clothes to be laundered and picked up OR sent out for dry cleaning.
There are a few video games and snack machines if you bring your kids. There are also laundry detergent machines if you forget something (I forgot dryer sheets!!!).
Next door there is a great family owned restaurant called Brother Junipers (see my review) as well as a bookstore.
If you need to wash a lot if clothes at one time-it’s a good ace to get the job done.
