Wendy’s

I love Wendy’s but I HATE going to this location. The staff is beyond rude, they hand you your food without saying a word then if you dare ask for ketchup to go with your fries they roll their eyes and mumble under their breath. Theres nothing fast about the service either, I was here yesterday and I was the ONLY customer. I was told to pull up to the stairs and wait for my food…20 mins later a girl brings it out, stretches as far as she can so she doesn’t, God forbid, have to step outside and the food was cold. I have had a similar experience EVERY time ive been here… I won’t be going back

This location is mediocre for a franchise. The really only care about their drive thru time instead of the quality and freshness of food. And their service is mediocre. The food isn’t cold or stale, just mediocre.

Rude, rude,
Smh, drive thru girl was so busy sloshing ice in her mouth she could barely talk. When she did speak, ice chunks would fall out. Food was okay. My chicken nuggets and Jr burger were great but the fries were slightly stale.

Food was good, service was snobby. My husband asked them if the receipt was in the bag and she ignored him. He checked before we drove off and it was so it’s fine, but it was odd behavior.

I love Wendys, but for some reason this location (and some of the other fast food locations on Union) always end up doing something wrong or leaving something out of your order. I’ve never eaten inside, so this is a drive-​thru rating only. And no complaints about the food; mostly the service.
My orders aren’t complicated. For example, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Fries and a Water, a Asiago Flatbread sandwich, and used my keytag for a Free junior sized frosty one night. I drove up and they gave me the bag with all the warm food, and then just left. I had no ketchup in the bag, nothing. Then there was literally no one at the window to help and I had to sit there and wave until someone noticed, who then waved to someone else to come to the drive through. When they got there, I asked for ketchup and only got 1. so I had to ask for another. Then I drove off. Of course though, I forgot that they hadn’t given me my frosty.
Needless to say, this has happened a few times where they forget to give me ketchup or they just forget another part of my order. The food itself is great. No complaints about the food. Its always piping hot and seems like they just whipped it up for you right on the spot! Its not a big deal, but just be prepared to be patient when you go to this Wendys location.
