I recently bought a coupon on Living Social for a Keratin Treatment to Mane Attractions. When I called to make the appointment I called a handful of times during business hours before I finally got ahold of someone… Soon after I made the appointment they called me back saying my Living Social voucher was for a haircut and highlight, when in fact it wasn’t. When I asked why this happened they said because they were at the max for the keratin treatments. I explained that I already bought the voucher, and they said they couldn’t accomodate me. So I had to call Living Social to get a refund. Thankfully Living Social was much more accomodating and friendly and gave me a refund! Maybe it was a blessing in disguise because the employee at Mane Attractions was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone.
