History
Established in 1996.
Peggnet began in 1996 as McManus Consulting. In 2002 we created PeggNet LLC and continued to grow. In 2006 we opened our first computer shop. PeggNet Computers is located at 5 West Main Street in Beautiful Mendham NJ (next to the Black Horse Inn). Our services grew and today we provide service to many school districts, municipalities, police departments, small businesses, home businesses and residential customers. The owner, Chris McManus is a retired teacher with extensive experience with technology in schools. /PeggNet Computers has several departments including the PeggNet Computer Shop, Residential On-Site, Educational/Municipal, Remote support (provided worldwide) & Remote Backup Services. /Video conversions, duplication and editing are a specialty at Peggnet. Our video division can convert any type of movies (from 8 mm reels to Sony Betamax), photos, negatives or slides to DVD or any digital format. /PeggNet is authorized for Apple, Lenovo, Toshiba and HP repairs.

Chris McManus & PeggNet Computers
1981 Chris McManus began teaching special education in Florham Park, NJ. In 1989. He moved to the Mendham Borough Schools in Mendham, NJ. And in 1998, while teaching, Chris started a McManus Consulting Group, a business performing computer repair and consulting from his home in Morristown. That continued until he changed the name of the company to PeggNet LLC in 2002. Chris was the Director of Technology for the Mendham Borough, Mendham Township and Chester Township Schools from 1998 – 2006.
Chris McManus has run his computer business since 1998 with the name changing to PeggNet LLC. In 2006 PeggNet LLC opened PeggNet Computers, a small computer shop located at 4 East Main Street in Mendham NJ (next to the Black Horse Inn).
Chris is a retired teacher and continues to run PeggNet Computers.
