Zingle and Associates is a professionally accredited consulting actuaries firm specializing in retirement services. We are problem solvers.

Our turn-​key plan administration is tailor-​made for small businesses. With an emphasis on defined benefit pension plans, we provide plan design, document creation and updates, annual administration, and plan termination. We also specialize in work-​out services for existing plans plagued by compliance issues. We work with numerous insurers, mutual fund companies, and broker-​dealers, although we are not compensated by any of them.

We also work with individual divorce clients and their attorneys. Our expert witness services include actuarial pension valuations and in-​person testimony.

Business Owner

Mark Zingle is President and founder of two fee-​for-​service consulting firms in the Twin Cities. Before building his own companies, he served in a variety of corporate roles, including Financial Officer, Marketing Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer within the financial services industry. It was in these capacities that he trained and directed staffs of up to 40 employees across diverse industries and job functions. In total, his experience spans 35 years.
