With over twenty years in the martial arts industry and working with children and adults with disabilities we are excited to bring you our unique program. We bring the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Wing Chun together for a combination like no other. From Jr Micro Anacondas (5 – 10), Micro Anacondas to adults, the benefits of participation are obvious; improved fitness, social interaction, positive self esteem to name a few. We also offer social skills/​fitness classes, parents’ night out, as well as educational & behavioral consultation. We continue to bridge the gap between home, school, and community. We look forward to being a resource for you and your family and friends.

History

Established in 2011.

The founders of Fight Mechanics, Don & Delfina Newton have over 20 years experience working with children & adults with and without disabilities. They have spent their careers in Ventura County and recently relocated to the Menifee area to assist their aging parents. They are joining forces and bringing their areas of expertise together that yields programming like no other. They look forward to being a resource to the community.

Business Owner

Don’s passion for the martial arts began when he was 9. He has trained in various styles until Don found Wing Chun. He received his certification and black belt while training in China-​making him the last American to be certified under Grand Master Pan Nam. Following his return from China Don found Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu and trained under Master Jean Jacque Machado. While raising his young family Don remained committed to his training and received his black belt in 2012. Don’s training extends far beyond Wing Chun and Jiu-​Jitsu-​he has had training in boxing, kickboxing, Armenian wrestling to name a few. He is committed to bringing the community quality programming.
