I brought a brand new Levi pants to this place to have it initially altered. Then I left after a few hours I came back and brought another new pants I just bought. Told the older oriental lady if we can follow the inseam of the new one instead of the earlier one which she folded. She was giving me a deep breathing signifying that she was angry and I asked her is she is angry and I could bring this to another and she says no she is not. And so she said come back after a week because it was thanksgiving today Nov 30, 2015 I came to pick it up and she called a younger oriental lady and she said that all the clothes their seamstress has … has been stolen. What a coincidence. They said that they will pay and I told them that was on sale and I don’t know if I will be able to get it the same Levi’s pants. She was angry because I told her I will buy a new one but whatever cost I pay she will have to pay for it and she says will see and its not a guarantee… She says I was giving her an attitude but she they are the one who lost a brand new pants. So make sure you don’t argue with them or they may loose your article of clothing.

My shirts came back in perfect condition and ready to pick-​up as if they knew I was walking through the door at any second. Don’t go here !!! There’s usually a young girl who is pretty nice but I went in today for a simple hole to be patched, the lady was so rude I took my clothing and left ! Letting her know her tone was not polite! Sad because this is the closest cleaners to me but I’ll go elsewhere ! Also I’ve taken a lot of pieces here for cleaning or alterations. But this place lost my business.

Really mad… I went to a cleaners that’s close and she was very rude when I asked her about the pricing. She told my husband 1 price and charge me a different price. then when I dropped off the clothes they give a itemized list with price she said she didn’t have to and that we as customers have to ask for it so I checked around the area and yes she got me. Do not go there. She pushed the other receipt on the counter at me and said don’t compare my cleaners to the other cleaners… the 1^st pic is the place with no ethics. The second pic is the good one… if I could it would be negative stars…

They do a great job and have excellent customer service. They always remember me even when I haven’t been in awhile. I like the way that feels. I wouldn’t mind some specials or coupons but overall I’m very happy here.

Good quality but a bit pricy (almost $ 4 per shirt/​pair of pants). They open rather late for me (9am) and close pretty early too (6:30pm) — not good for those who have to commute.
