We just purchased our first car from them, our sales clerk Rachel O’Connell was great she was very attentive to us, knowledgeable about car answered all our questions.
The owners Ben and Jon are great guys we loved buying from honest no pressure dealership. Very happy we found them online we like to buy from local hometown businesses instead of the big corporate conglomerates. Keep the money here with the smaller businesses.
If and when we are ever looking for another car we will go there first. Their cars are all good ones they are very picky when buying cars to sell, they want their customers to get good cars and deals.

No idea how this place got their ratings so high.
1 star because it wasn’t really the sales ladies fault. I wasn’t even going to write a review but since they called an asked for one. Here it is. Oh and yea, I waited to write this review just because I was worried I would never get my tags.
1. 2.5 months to get my tags. DMV confirmed they didn’t get the paperwork til over 45 days after I purchased the car.
2. They were supposed to fix the front bumper which took 2 weeks to get done and all they did was run more screws in and broke the clips. Still look shotty. The excuse for taking a long time, waiting for a part. Yea okay, I took that thing apart when I got home before and after they so called fixed it and nothing was replaced. How I know, I marked each piece j took off with my initials.
3. Will not make a deal, not even for veterans and no, not even if you put half down. Yes I bought the car, money is not the main concern, it’s the service. A service I would find out later that was crap.
4. Who’s the owner? One guy says he is, the finance guy says he is. Who knows?
5. So much for punctuality. Store hours, when they get there.
6. Stay away…
Unprofessional, spend the extra money or go the distance and goto a real dealer

I have had my oil change done here for the last 3 times. Its nice to have an honest dealer in town. The two brothers, Ben and Jon, are very hads on and willing to go above and beyond. Great Job guys keep it up!

I just completed a long distance transaction with Ben at R&R Auto Group and must confess it was one of the most smooth and trouble free purchases I have ever experienced. He was the consummate professional answering all questions I had regarding the vehicle of my interest over the course of several weeks. Without ever meeting him, he genuinely took a personal interest in meeting my every request, and answering every question via email, and occasional call. Rarely have I ever given such a wholehearted endorsement such as this, but I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with this company as long as it is in the management of professionals such as Ben Raines.

The entire staff is really friendly. They are really helpful and are willing to work with you. I would recommend them to anyone!

I know it’s a rare thing to come by, but Jon and Ben are genuinely friendly car salesman who give fair prices on their cars and clearly care about customer service. I drove all the way out to them from LA because they worked with me to get the best price. Jon even volunteered Ben to drive me half the distance since I had already sold my old car. Walked away with a great deal on a great car and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! The people here are so nice and very kid friendly. They really do go out of their way to help you, great prices and great people! These aren’t your typical pushy screw you over type car salesmen they are very friendly don’t push or pressure you I would have to say when I want to get another car I won’t be going anywhere else but here

Absolute best car buying experience! I was in and out of the dealership no more than an hour. They truly honor military active duty members and they go out of their way to help you get the best deal that best fit your financial means. Very friendly staff.

These guys are the best. I’ve come to them for my last three cars. And I doubt I’ll ever be going anywhere else. They are patient and help me find exactly what it is I’m looking for. They really do want you to find the best vehicle for your needs. Nothing else.

I’ve bought my last 3 cars from these guys over the past 5 years or so. Family run business. Jon and Ben Ranes are bothers and really care about their customers and really do a great job of finding the best deals, making sure the cars are in great shape and make sure you are happy after the purchase. My hey don’t sell boats… Yet… But I’ve enjoyed working with them so much that is asked them to find me a boat. Another thing they specialize in is finding vehicles nationwide. Also planning on buying a KTM dirt bike from them this year. Excellent business. 100% trustworthy good dudes.
