Sally Beauty Supply

I am constantly at this Sally’s and the staff has always been helpful! This is my go to supply store for my general beauty needs.

About a week ago toward closing time I came in and the service was «horrible»…
I almost didn’t come back. I decided to suck it up and not worry so much about how I was treated. But to my surprise I had VANESSA give great service! She greeted me as I entered the store, gave me time to browse, answered all my questions, and checked my ID as I paid with a credit card (which is rare.) She was also very nice and helpful to the other people shopping. She’s a keeper!

I have been coming to this location for years only because it’s close. That’s the only reason. I’ve seen numerous staff and never ever have I encountered a staff member who actually gave good customer service.
They usually ask“Can I help you?” then if you say yes, they either point you in a direction or they spend a few seconds with you then go back to the cash register and get on their cell phone.
About a year ago there was a clerk who would consistently over charge me! I began to notice it when I got home there would be items on my receipt I never purchased, I recall thinking the bill was high but nothing too alarming like $ 10 or $ 20 more than I thought it would be. After several times of this happening, I returned to the store and demanded to speak to a supervisor. It seemed to always be the same girl who over charged me or added items I never bought. I found out this is common for cashiers to do so when it’s closing time they can pocket that money! I don’t know if that was the case here or not but I can say that Sally made at least $ 200 off me before I figured it out. Because of this, I rarely go here. I only go when I need something I can’t get somewhere else. Customer service stinks, questionable business practices. Beware! Check your receipts!

I don’t know why this location has bad reviews. I’ve been here plenty of times and the girls who work here are always so nice and helpful!!!

Do not shop at Sally At Menifee. The girls were not helpful at all and they were rude! I was asking for a product that now I know they don’t carry, instead of helping, they would look at each other, like if I was asking them for a miracle and with attitude, they just said, we don’t carry that and plain ignore me. You would think, they would suggest other products, but no, They need customer service training.

Went in to buy some hair products and found exactly what I wanted! Was approached twice by two different employees who helped me get what I needed. They were both very friendly and helpful. The girl at the register chatted with me the whole time about her thoughts on the products I was buying and how much she loved them. It made me feel more confident with my purchase hearing her review on it. Keep up the great customer service!

Very friendly and helpful service. Went in trying to find a hair straightener and really had no clue what was best, I got a lot of help from the girls there and left with an amazing straightener, new shampoo and conditioner and oil to protect my hair when I straighten it. I walked out only paying 75 dollars because of the discount that was offered on all items if I signed up for their membership card. All in all it was an extremely pleasant first experience.

I was very pleased with this store. I came in with many questions about products to fix my hair. The sales person was so helpful to me and guided me in the right direction!

I was sold hair dye that had already been used and I was very extremely upset about that. It was old and gross. I was in the middle of mixing the chemicals when I opened the box and it was used I had to go back to a different beauty supply to get another color. I was not pleased at all.
