I will not buy my Coffee there again. Too many customers and not enough help. Deeply disappointed.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee the first time I went and it made me late coming back from my linch break. I decided to give this place a second chance while doing some shopping… and ended up waiting another twenty minutes for an iced coffee AGAIN. An iced coffee takes thirty seconds to make .you literally put ice in and pour the coffee in the cup! There is no excuse for having to wait so long. I always get the older employee who makes my drink and she is beyond slow. moves like a snail and someone who works in a busy place like starbucks needs to be quick and able to multitask. She needs to get it together. and she was serving people that were behind me before me!!! I had to go complain and call her out to get them to give me my drink which they still hadn’t made! Never again will I waste my money here.

This is the 3rd time I go to this Starbucks because it is closer to my work than the one in the other side of the shopping center. I get my drinks with light ice because I dont drink them right away. ALL of the times I have gone, I have gotten my order incorrectly. I NEVER get light ice. Even my coworkers said it looked like EXTRA ice. I never complained at the begging, but they asked me to write a survey and I did. Gave them very low stars. Super disappointed.

Went here tonight and order a cinnamon rolls and a white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps raspberry. When I put in my order one lady tried to tell me I had to list the ingredients to order, instead of saying she wasn’t sure on how to make it. Then on top of that my white mocha tasted of only white chocolate sauce it wasn’t even drinkable. By then I was already in Wildomar and couldn’t do anything about it. I have never had a complaint about starbucks till now. Will not be returning to this location!

I would suggest visiting the other non-Target starbucks despite the lack of parking away from the target one. The state of this starbucks has plummeted in quality recently. There are flies and gnats near the food and buzzing around not to mention a distinct rotten milk odor coming from behind the counter. 90% of the employees are rude and don’t seem to want customers around period. We have had them replace ingredients in a drink because they were ‘out’ and not even mention it until you take a sip and notice there is something very wrong with the taste. Sad that I really used to enjoy this location, the customer service isn’t much better at the one across the way but I’d rather have the quality of the products in the least.

This is a small Star Bucks located inside a Target store. The location is very convenient if you’re a Target shopper. It’s pretty small but has a few tables, an outlet for electronics and everything you could want from a regular Star Bucks location. I ordered the skinny mocha frap no whipped cream. It was delicious. The service was on par and timely. No complaints. If you’re in Target don’t hesitate to stop in this location. It’s just right.

If it wasn’t for all the snobby white people, we’d had a great time. The Target is huge with lots of options and variety when it come to food items. So if you’re white, you’ll be warmly greeted by the other white, and if you are darker skinned, come through, so whitey won’t be so scared of the unknown.

STARBUCKSINTARGETOFFHAUNROAD… is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. From the complete lack of customer service to the quality of the drink. I understand they are busy but a simple smile or even a friendly hello could make up for that. The girl at the register did not smile once and seemed annoyed I was ordering a coffee… isn’t that why I am there? The girl making the drinks did seem as tho she was working hard but I waited 25 min for two frappuccinos… I received the first one 15 min… I then stood there waiting for the second one and realized it was the one that had been sitting in the blender for 10 min getting watered down… so I pretty much had a iced coffee w no ice. The barista saw this as she was pouring it aand did not even make a new one… I was there Saturday May 16th at about 3… I hope the owner can have a «pep-talk” with the employees working that day.

The baristas are always nice and greet you when you walk up. My daughter is picky and they were so patient with her. They even suggested a few different kinds of drinks for her to try. It’s always clean and the convenience of being is target is wonderful!

I’m a coffee fanatic. I’ve tried to wean myself off this drug we refer to as Starbucks, but I just can’t. Although I was successful in cutting back, I still love going to this store. It’s almost always busy, but this store offers plenty of seating for customers. Most of the people who work here are amazing, and they make great drinks. I’ll definitely keep going back several times a week.
