is baked fresh, just for you. Our goodies are NEVER frozen!

We believe in using the best quality ingredients like real butter,

farm-​fresh eggs, quality American chocolates like Guittard, Ghirardelli, and Scharffen Berger, and pure flavorings and extracts.

We buy local whenever possible, to support our local small businesses.

History

Established in 2011.

The Sugar Shack Baking Company was born when the demand for my custom– decorated cakes and cookies extended well beyond my circle of friends and family. I was always asked to bring dessert to potlucks, parties, and other gatherings, so it was a natural progression to a retail baking company.

The Sugar Shack became a licensed bakery business in 2011, serving all of Menifee, Sun City, Murrieta, Temecula and Lake Elsinore.

We bake all of our desserts in a commercial kitchen that is fully licensed by the State of California. Our kitchen has always maintained an «A» rating, and the last inspection received a perfect score of 100! Almost impossible to achieve.

Business Owner

Shannon is the owner of The Sugar Shack, and has been baking and decorating cakes for over 20 years.

Her passion for all things delicious began at about 8 years old when she started helping her Mom prepare the family meals.

«I show my love for others by feeding them». And what better way to show your love then with a delicious cake, or custom decorated cookies that reflect the personality that is receiving it.
