Came here the other night since I was too lazy to dine out and wanted to get steak and eggs. Liked the idea that they had drive thru and I was able to get that kind of food to go and eat at my buddies house. Had to wait a lil to get my meal but then again if you want some freshly cooked steak its understanding. Plus I think I might of waited less than that In N Out drive thru the other night. After I went back to my buddies house I tried the food and tasted exactly as it would at the restaurant and for that I give them a 5 star for taste of food. Also the girl at the window was very nice and felt great customer service from her. Recommend coming here.

Save your self and don’t even look at this place. Mediocrity would be a huge compliment to the food, customer service is less than one star and your birthday will come and go before you can ever escape the drive thru(with only you in it). I’ve been here a handful of times hoping it would get better. Also tried to buy food with my wife’s card while she was sick. Breakfast burrito for me soup for her and they denied me because it wasn’t my card, pshhh! Last straw plenty of awesome food surrounding this place. Duces basket!

If u eat here beware of the quality of there food It’s not always fresh. I ordered FF’s and one of the French fries tasted so bad I spit it out and almost barfed. I called them up and spoke to the Mgr. she told me that they make there FF’s Fresh MOST everyday and that there not Refrigerated. Needless to say I won’t go back. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with There food but it’s the last.

Worst drive thru service. Repeated are order 4 times and she still didn’t get it right. At the window she repeated someone else’s order and again repeating our order very slowly just to make sure she understood. I don’t understand why they place these young kids so soon on the drive thru and they don’t know what they are doing. Beside my constant bad service at drive thru, there menu and food is good.

Came here for the first time and had breakfast. First of all too me the whole set up just didn’t work. It’s basically set up like a fast food restaurant in that you have to go to the counter and order off a large board. While this might work great for folks who frequent this place and who know the menu well, for a first time like me it just didn’t work especially since the cashier did not know the menu and when I asked her specific questions about menu items she had to ask others for the answers. Since I did not know the menu I felt like I was holding up the many people who were pouring in the door behind me, and I would have probably walked out due to frustration at this point but the person I was with had already put in her order so I finally asked the cashier if she had a printed menu I could just sit down and look at. Finally ready to order, back up to the counter and I placed my order of eggs with ham and hash browns which came to $ 9.71. So after you place your order, you pick a table to sit at and they will bring you your food. Food was just average Place was really loud and crowded

I really enjoy the food here. Most options are greasy and unhealthy but the food is so good you won’t mind. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger with bacon combo.

Food was good, but not very hot I got the avocado-bacon dog; it was good, but I had no idea it came with grilled onions on it(I am not a fan of slimy onion). Would be nice if there were any indication that this comes with onions. It was good none the less after I scrapped the onions off. My husband’s avocado cheese burger also had unexpected onion rings, but it was great none the less. This was the only hot item in our order. Fries and fried zucchini were room temperature, but good. Had the hotdog, fries and zucchini been hot, I would rate this place a 5.

It was very frustrating this morning when we went in for breakfast. When we asked the girl at the front desk if they had a handheld menu she rolled her eyes and took a breath that indicated she was frustrated then said, «no it was taken» then she pointed up at the board behind her head and said«it’s right there»! My husband has a hard time seeing the menu. We left immediately we did not appreciate the attitude nor the fact that they don’t make it simpler and less awkward for their customers to place an order.

Breakfast is pretty simple, two eggs and bacon, but they managed to screw it up. Somehow they forgot the bacon. But it did come with something extra, a nice curly black hair cooked into my egg. The salsa that came with my wife’s burrito had the same added ingredient, a short and curly mixed in. Really added to the flavor of the soggy, greasy, unseasoned breakfast burrito she ordered. So if you’re in the mood for greasy, mediocre, and possibly unsanitary food, this is the place for you!

I’ve only eaten at a Yellow Basket once and will never do it ever again. Food was raw and wasn’t edible.

Ive been coming to Yellow Basket for over 15 years. I have usually always had a pleasant experience. Back then it was the Temecula location, but the last few years I have been coming here. For no other reason than I happen to be closer to this one when I so happen to be hungry. Also, I deliver fuel to the Circle K across the street. So I will review this location since I haven’t been to the Winchester Rd. location in years. I am always greeted with a smile and staff that is familiar with the menu. No easy task as the menu is huge, its like reading«War & Peace». Never an attitude about my many refills. Always asking me if I need anything while Im eating. Never done the drive-thru here,(kind of hard with an 18-wheeler.) I have gotten so many things here, so I will just review what I remember. First off is the Pastrami. This is what I usually get. But not the regular Pastrami sandwich. The Pastrami Melt, on Texas toast. Pretty damn good. Not my favorite ever, but the best in the Menifee area that I know of. For some reason the melt is better than the sandwich. Cant explain why. The Club sandwiches here are extraordinary. Fresh cooked bacon, fresh turkey, these Clubs are a much better than the standard Club and the standard diner. The Burgers here are amazing! Get it the way you want it, its bound to treat you right! The Chicken Nuggets in the kids meal are a bit better than average. They don’t make them fresh or anything, but still better than the bits of light-brown sponge most places try to serve our kids. The breakfast here is Fantastic, especially the Pancakes, and Omelettes! Eggs are Eggs and Bacon is Bacon, but overall the breakfast doesn’t disappoint. The French Fries here are standard, thick-cut fries that taste and appear to be Ore-Ida. Pre-made frozen fare. Standard The Onion Rings are also pre-made and frozen, but still manage to be different than most places, and quite good. Make sure you get some Ranch though. The Fried Zucchini is very good. Try it. The Kids meals come with some original«prizes». My kids got a 3-D fish lesson they were pleased with. The Iced Tea is a bit bitter, but not horrible. The Coffee is pretty good. The rest of the drinks are just fountain drinks. The restaurant is clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms are very clean. I’m going to try the Cheesesteak or Turkey Melt next time I’m in.

Slowest service ever. My husband and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without having anyone greet us. I thought maybe the speaker was broken so we pulled up. There was a car in front of us and we didn’t even approach the window for another 10 minutes. We finally were able to order our food and it took them another 20 minutes to bring it to us. The food is usually good, which is why we returned here, but I don’t think that almost a 45 minute drive thru experience is worth the club sandwich and fries that we ordered. To top it all off… once I got home, I discovered that the club sandwich I ordered without mayo was slathered with mayonnaise. It isn’t that hard people. I won’t come back again.

Driving by I decided to try it out, it was pretty good with many choices. I never been here before so I decided to try a couple things the turkey avocado melt is delicious one of my favorites, the chicken tenders are way better than other fast food places around here like mcdees, jack, or Carl’s jr but the fries are alright. I do like there cheese fries so I get there buffalo cheese fries yet this last visit I got the delicious chicken tenders and the buffalo cheese fries but when I was eating the fries I noticed HAIR and that’s totally disgusting. Now I’m deciding if I should ever go back. Of course the food is greasy It’s fast food but certain items I do like and always get but the fact that I find Hair in my food that’s not okay what so ever. The drive thru wait time can be long but as long as the food is warm and good than I don’t mind. Idk if I’ll ever go back again.

I usually don’t do bad reviews but I must say I’m a little disappointed in my order. My Dad went to order my family some food and I was looking forward to having the pastrami sub with onion rings but the sub had fatty meat, soggy bread and the onion rings weren’t even cooked all the way! They were in the bag fallen apart, my moms sandwich ended up being the same way. I know sometimes food falls apart a little when ordering to go, but we live 5mins away and it didn’t look or taste the way it used to.

I always see the Yellow Basket on the way to Target but its a chain I’m not familiar with. My sis-in-law has eaten here before & got the burgers & hot dogs so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Right off the bat, $ 16.45 for lunch for 2 people in a fast food joint is a tad high. I waited for the execution before rushing into my final judgement though(!) What came was such a disappointment it pretty much sealed the deal that I’ll never come back. My patty melt was soaking in oil but oddly not that crisp. It was about a inch thick; including the patty &2 pieces of bread. My hubs had a gyro that had a 2 suspicious sheets of gyro meat that resembled bologna. There was a ton of faux tzatziki sauce made of mayo(?) and no cucumbers. The cheese fries were nicely fried but the cheese came non-melted. Will def not be coming back. meh. $ 5.99 gryo sandwich $ 4.85 patty melt $ 4.40 cheese fries

We live in Menifee. If you know anything about Menifee you know we have limited options on our food selections for quick food made right. This place has a huge menu selection from breakfast burritos to egg sandwiches and burgers and fries to zucchini strips and salads that are piled over a large plate. The fish and chips are a little greasy but oh so satisfying. The deserts are our if this world amazing. From sundaes and ice cream to floats and iceees. The portions are usually huge as in more than enough for me to have leftovers. The service is always consistently friendly and helpful even though you order at the front and they bring the plate and any condiments to you. There are several large booths and flat screen tvs if you want to catch the latest news or sports on the t.v. This is one of our stops on our quest for good food and good service in Menifee!
