Established in 2007 Gary Kassimov started his plumbing career working for one of the largest reputable plumbing companies in the nation. Gary was known for being one of the friendliest and most professional plumbers out in the field. Customers always gave great feedback. This tremendous support helped build Gary’s confidence to go out on his own and start his own company with a goal of providing exceptional customer service to homeowners.

In October of 2007 Gary registered his new company and named it «Gary’s Guaranteed Rooter.» Gary feels that it is important to provide his customers with a premium guarantee upon completion of every job. Therefore, the word «guarantee» became part of the company name.

Gary started his plumbing career at Roto-​Rooter Plumbing company, after working with Roto Rooter for 4 years and learning everything possible about the drain cleaning business he decided to transfer to another company to experience different philosophies and ways of other plumbers. Gary has joined Rescue Rooter and after Rescue Rooter he joined Drain Doctor. During his years with all 3 companies he has learned every aspect of plumbing from drain cleaning to new construction remodels. While working for Drain Doctor Gary injured himself on the job and was not able to walk for several months. Being on light duty made Gary feel like he was wasting his time so he started looking into opening up a small plumbing business and working for himself. He started advertising on craigslist and the journey to success had began. Eventually with Gary’s friendly and positive attitude he was able to build a loyal customer base which is still growing strong today. Customer satisfaction is Gary’s priority.
