My boyfriend and I started seeing Rachel in August, when we started struggling to resolve conflicts. Even the smallest of incidents seemed to snowball out of control. Thanks to her we have learned to separate our emotions from the conflict, problem solve more efficiently, and be more aware of ourselves and the roles we play in an argument. Rachel has also helped organize and structure our long term goals for the future.
Rachel is very professional and does an incredible job offering each of us plenty of empathy and the occasional bit of tough love. She is very witty and her humor can seem to lighten the toughest of scenarios.
I would highly recommend Rachel if you are looking to develop better communication skills both professionally and personally. Be prepared and committed to some introspection, but I guarantee the coaching she provides are skills that everyone should possess to be the greatest version of «self» possible.
