So much to say!!! But I’ll make it simple. If you want to live a normal stressful happy life, do not rent to this money hungry people. Such a shitty management my family is being harassed just because of parking.

Dear L. Nelson Properties: One of your drivers, in one of your white trucks speeds down my street several days a week. Please note: the legal speed limit on residential streets in Santa Clara (near Benton Street) is 25 — 30 MPH MAX — NOT 40 – 50 MPH. Children play in my neighborhood and there are plenty of dogs and cats who live here too. If you can’t respect the speed limit, don’t drive in my neighborhood! Next time I will call the police.

If you are considering renting from them please take all the ratings in to consideration., if you want to longterm rent this owner/​properties is not the place to rent. more then 4 families moved in the one year we lived on one of the properties. The Owner is extremely greedy and money hungry. He raised the rent all that he could that was with in the law but then looked for ways to make us pay for water trash and «other unnamed» things. lots of people tried fire back at this because it was clearly against the law. he tried to change the rent by 400 hundred dollars on the leases that were over and again they told him it was against the law. I had a complaint about something that needed to be fixed and it took 6 months to fix it. Many things did not get fixed in a timely manner. my dishwasher and sink got clogged and they did not fix it for three days and i text and asked every day, my apartment smelt bad but it finally got fixed when i asked some one who did not officially work there to come look at it. also they came in with out my permission because some one thought they told me but did not, lack of communication. i moved out as soon as my lease was over. it was very hard to live here and not be frustrated with the lack of owner responsibility.
