Our Boot Camp philosophy has evolved beyond military-type drills and teamwork. The point is still to get a great workout with lots of intensity, but your coach will modify the workouts as needed for your fitness level, skill, and needs — individual attention even in a group program. Our coaches educate, motivate, and create a team environment that brings success to every participant. We welcome all ages and fitness levels, and promise you’ll have a blast while getting in great shape. The daily emphasis alternates between total body and core/cardio. A week may be set up like this, or may be the opposite to provide variety: Mon/Wed/Fri: Total body challenge; Tue/Thu: Core and cardio emphasis. Regardless, the Saturday morning class is ALWAYS FREE.

Manager
Brien heads up the programming at Menlo Fit. Under his leadership we’re excited about developing a stellar fitness resource in Menlo Park with a variety of exciting and effective activities for the community.
Brien’s personal mission is to inspire people to make positive changes, thereby realizing their optimal potential. He uses the latest information, based upon scientific principles and a focus on practicality in today’s world to help you master goals and take responsibility for your health and well-being.
