In 1988 William H. Hoy and family founded Skyline Pool and Spa Services, California License 545 921, specializing in the service and repair industry. Growing into the renovation and continuing to the new construction industry by incorporating into the award winning Skyline Pool & Spa, Inc, in Menlo Park, California, License 745 698. Rather than subcontracting all of the work out, they believed in being hands-​on in as many parts of the construction process as they could. Early on they determined to train and employ their own crews for the many phases of pool construction. Because of the growth of Skyline Pool & Spa, Inc., they now employ in-​house work crews for service and repair, and most all phases of pool construction, including design, excavation, steel, plumbing, masonry and equipment installations. The family ownership firmly believes the strength of their company lies in the people that make up Skyline Pool & Spa, Inc.
